Terms of Service
We will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This also means that you know exactly what services we provide, what we stand for and what liabilities you have towards us. Therefore, please note the following general terms and conditions, which regulate the contractual relationship between you and us and which you acknowledge with your booking.
We are concerned with the highest possible security in our houses and the outside catering.
Therefore alarm systems against burglary and smoke development are installed. In addition, the publicly accessible area is secured using video cameras. The cameras are clearly visible. Records are only viewed in the event of a claim.
Since we consider these measures to be absolutely necessary, if you refuse to stay in our secure establishment, it is unfortunately not possible.
1. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded as soon as the room (s) are ordered and confirmed, or if a confirmation is no longer possible due to time constraints.
The customer is jointly and severally liable for all obligations arising from this contract.
Group and tour operators must provide the exact list of participants up to 3 weeks before arrival. A change in the number of rooms plus / minus 10% is possible free of charge up to 3 weeks before arrival.
2. Arrival and departure
Without a written agreement to the contrary, it is not possible to move into the room before 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and the room must be returned by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. In the event of a scheduled departure after 11 a.m., the guest is asked to notify reception of this by 10 p.m. the day before departure. If you leave before 6 p.m. half the room price, after 6 p.m. the full room price. Reserved rooms must be occupied by 6 p.m. at the latest. If this has not been done, the hotel can dispose of the room, unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed.
3. Services and prices
The contractual services result from the information in the reservation confirmation. The agreed prices are inclusive prices. An increase in VAT. after conclusion of the contract is at the expense of the client. If there are more than 4 months between the conclusion of the contract and arrival, the hotel reserves the right to make price changes without prior notice. All price markings are in euros.
For the reservation, the hotel can request a prepayment of 80% of the agreed price, which corresponds to the fixed cancellation costs.
The hotel never acts as a tour operator. If a booking was made on account, the invoice must be paid no later than 10 days from the invoice date
All withdrawals must be made in writing.
a.) If the contractual services are not used, the individual guest is obliged to - pay 80% of the agreed price for the duration of the reservation for the accommodation agreement including breakfast.
- In the event of cancellation within 5 days before the arrival date, 90% of the agreed price must be paid for the duration of the reservation.
The hotel is held in good faith to rent unused rooms elsewhere.
In case of no-show without cancellation, we charge 100% of the agreed price.
b.) For group reservations by tour operators (including private collectors) and travel agencies, the same applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the hotel has incurred special costs due to the order, these are to be reimbursed in full by the customer.
The contractual partner of the hotel or the guest as such or as host are fully liable to the hotelier for damage caused by themselves or their guests. Any use of the rooms provided deviating from the contract entitles the hotel to terminate the contract without notice. This does not reduce the entitlement to the agreed remuneration. The hotel reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if it has become impossible to provide the service due to force majeure or industrial action, without any claims for damages being derived from this. The hotel is liable for items brought in according to the provisions of the German Civil Code. Liability is excluded if the room or the containers from which objects were stolen were unlocked. Liability is only assumed for valuables if they are deposited at the reception with a receipt. Money must also be deposited at the reception with a receipt.The hotel is liable for the correctness of the service description in brochures and for the proper provision of the contractually agreed services.
The hotel is in no way liable for failures or delays in fulfilling its obligations under this contract if the failure or delay is due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the hotel, in particular wars, the risk of war, civil or political disputes or riots, riots , Natural disasters, fires, epidemics, storms, (impending or actual) terrorist activities, military actions, actions by the government or authorities, labor disputes, force majeure, power or machine failures, failures or disruptions in externally provided services or supplies, and all Similar incidents that are beyond the hotel's control.
Repayment or waiver of cancellation costs is excluded.
The hotel is not liable for the services provided by third parties.
In commercial transactions, the place of performance and jurisdiction is the seat of the hotel. Verbal agreements are only effective if the hotel has confirmed this in writing.
Should individual provisions of these general terms and conditions be ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
